Our Application Process

Download our two application forms below.  Complete and email to Barb for processing.  Be sure to send Proof of Funds for the estimated rehab costs.  Brad will inspect within 2-3 days and we'll respond with a decision.  If approved, we need a copy of the accepted contract and closing date.  

Before closing is funded, we will need your Evidence of Insurance naming us as the Mortgagee (minimum of 6 months, pre-paid).
