Step 3: Brad inspects the property to evaluate the purchase price, estimated rehab costs, and after repair market value and gives his decision.
Step 4: If profitable, your loan for 100% of the purchase price is approved.
Step 5: If approved, email the accepted contract to Barb and close as soon as the title company is ready.
